How to Live Fully in Your Truth by Honoring Life's Rhythms!

Published on: 2nd May, 2025

Today we’re exploring a beautiful and transformative topic: How to: Live Fully in Your Truth by Honoring Your Emotional Rhythm!

Thank you for being here. If you have not done so already, please subscribe, share this with a friend who might need this affirmation of power and grace.

We all have internal rhythms—those natural cycles that govern our energy, emotions, and creativity. Often, we find ourselves juggling multiple roles and responsibilities, which can lead us to ignore these rhythms in favor of routines that don’t truly serve us.

3 Things You Will Learn

  1. How to identify the rhythms present in your life. Just as nature has its cycles—like the changing of the seasons and the phases of the moon—you experience emotional cycles too.
  2. The significance of emotional cycles and how they impact your well-being. It’s natural to experience a range of emotions, from joy and excitement to sadness and anger.
  3. How to incorporate rhythmic activities that can be incredibly healing and allow you tap into your body and emotions in a way that transcends words.

Life's rhythms also include your physical body—your heartbeat, your breath, and even sleeping cycles. When you acknowledge these natural rhythms, you align yourself with the flow of life rather than fight against it.

The rituals and rhythms mentioned allow you to create a harmonious flow that supports your goals, emotional health and also empower you to live fully in your truth. Remember, the journey is about progress, not perfection; it's about discovering what makes you feel alive and vibrant.

Thank you again for joining me on this episode. Please share, join the tribe and let us embrace each story in the circle with confidence and grace!

Gratitude & Blessings! ♥️

I am Dr. Mensimah Shabazz. It has also been twenty-nine years since my first major illness – a debilitating back injury that sparked me into a new reality and awakening. In order to heal, I had to go back and fetch the story–the pain and also inner gifts I had spent my whole life forgetting. My life is back in balance, spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically.

My new line of “work” as a transformational coach and my studies in transpersonal psychology and women’s spirituality were manifested instinctively. I wish to share these spiritual tools, knowledge and blessings with all women who are on their soulful journeys to finding peace, living fulfilling, authentic lives.
